About Hazel Bee Hazel Bee is a UK-based greeting card and gift company. All designs are original and created in the UK.

Orders & Payment Orders are accepted subject to availability. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. The right is reserved to cancel or refuse any order at any time, with a full refund issued if payment has already been taken.

Shipping Orders are dispatched within the timeframe stated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, particularly for international orders. Responsibility for items passes to the customer once dispatched.

Intellectual Property All designs, images, and content on this site are the property of Hazel Bee and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability Hazel Bee shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or products purchased. Liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
