Shipping policy

UK Delivery

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Ordering in advance for special occasions is recommended to ensure timely arrival.

 

International Delivery

Worldwide shipping is available via Royal Mail International services. Delivery times vary by destination.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs charges and import duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are outside of Hazel Bee's control.

 

Lost or Delayed Orders

Royal Mail classes an item as lost after 10 working days beyond the estimated delivery date for UK orders, and 25 working days for international orders. If an order hasn't arrived within these timeframes, please get in touch and it will be looked into as quickly as possible.

Please note that standard Royal Mail services do not include tracking. In the rare event that an untracked order goes missing, a replacement or refund cannot be offered. If peace of mind is important, please choose tracked postage options.
