Under EU Directive 2023/2673, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to cancel your order

Please note:

  • You must submit your withdrawal request within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying us
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
  • Personalised or custom items are exempt from the right of withdrawal
