Returns & Refunds Policy
Greeting Cards As cards are small, flat items, returns cannot be accepted unless they arrive damaged or faulty. If your card arrives in poor condition, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery with a photo and a replacement will be sent or a full refund issued.
Other Products (Coasters, Badges, Tea Towels, Tote Bags & Tees) Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders If an order arrives damaged or the wrong item has been sent, please contact us within 14 days at shop@hazelbee.co.uk with your order number and a photo, and it will be sorted straight away.
How to Request a Return Email shop@hazelbee.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. A response will be sent within 2 working days.
Refunds Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of the return being received.
