Shipping, Delivery and Returns
UK DELIVERY
All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class): 2-3 working days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Ordering in advance for special occasions is recommended to ensure timely arrival.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Worldwide shipping is available using Royal Mail International services. Delivery times vary by destination:
Europe: 3-7 working days
Rest of World: 5-14 working days
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs charges and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in the post, please contact shop@hazelbee.co.uk within 14 days for assistance.
RETURNS
Complete satisfaction is the goal. If you're not happy with your order, please contact shop@hazelbee.co.uk within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return or exchange.
Please note: Items must be returned in their original condition. Personalised or custom items cannot be returned unless faulty.
