Shipping and Delivery

Orders are sent out signed for 2nd class on the day or the day after of ordering, tracking available on request. Please allow a week for delivery, plenty of time for your order to be delivered if you require it for a particular date as a gift for example. Thanks :)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders are sent international standard, this aims to be delivered in around 7 - 15 business days but it can take longer, on the rare occasion up to 25 business days. Do get in touch if you think your order is taking too long and we will see what we can do to assist.

International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Any orders shipped to countries outside of the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees collected by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are collected once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays and may change the estimated delivery times. Please be aware and know your countries VAT tax import limits.
