Shipping and Delivery

UK Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class): 2-3 working days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We recommend ordering in advance for special occasions to ensure timely arrival.

International Delivery

We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International services. Delivery times vary by destination:

Europe: 3-7 working days
Rest of World: 5-14 working days

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs charges and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in the post, please contact us within 14 days and we'll be happy to help resolve the issue.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we'll arrange a return or exchange.

Please note: Items must be returned in their original condition. Personalised or custom items cannot be returned unless faulty.
